Workers' Compensation industry veteran Inger Stewart Soto founded the company a decade ago as "AAA Copy and Document Management."
Stu unexpectedly passed in 2014 at far too young an age, but his vision lives on.
Why "AAA Copy"? Stu wasn't interested in a fancy name. He wanted his company to show up at the top of everyone's contact lists. Simple. And kind of funny. We strive to honor both of those traditions to this day.
The company is now headed up by Stu's wife, Stephanie Soto. Jeff Oakley, Stu's friend of nearly 20 years and an employee of AAA Copy since 2011, serves as Vice President.
AAA Copy has long-standing working relationships with some of the biggest insurance companies, claims administrators, and law firms in California and in the United States. With our sister bill review company, Copy Review Services, we helped shape California's 2015 copy service fee schedule regulations (including the contribution of data from over 14,000 bill reviews to the Berkeley Research Group) and have saved claims administrators over $30 million in excessive copy charges.
Keeping our customers happy is not just good business, it's the right thing to do and the right way to operate. Our job is to support your success. We value communication. Call us and talk to our staff, not a recording or a call center.
A lot of copy services will charge a "RUSH PROCESSING" fee when you ask them to get records in a hurry because you have an approaching deadline. Not us!
You see, we want repeat business. We want you to feel that you can rely on our service. Therefore, we prioritize EVERY order. You probably have a huge case load; things slip through the cracks and deadlines come up out of nowhere. If you tell us you need us to come through for you and get records before a certain date or event, we will do everything in our power to accomplish that. That's not an "extra" service, that's just our service.
